Dan Marell is the founder of Truth Consulting Group who helps businesses of all sizes redefine their strategy for growth, scale, and profitability.
Before starting Truth Consulting Group, Dan had spent the last two decades in a wide variety of industries ranging from health and fitness, financial, hospitality, and supply chain logistics. After effectively positioning multiple sales teams and organizations for long term success, Dan made the decision to start his own firm. Utilizing his vast network, Dan looks forward to bringing his team’s knowledge and experience to guide business owners to define their future.
Dan was originally born in Minnesota into a working class family. His mother worked as a nurse, and his father was a CPA. When he was five, his parents moved to New York, which looking back was the best thing they could have done for him. Dan is the oldest of three children with a younger brother and sister. From an early age, Dan always had an entrepreneurial mindset. He and his brother used to sell a wide variety of items to other elementary students. After high school, Dan left New York to attend the University of Maryland, and resided in the Washington, D.C. area after graduation. In 2005, Dan went to visit a friend who lived in Las Vegas, and he never left!
In his free time, Dan enjoys traveling; especially to Hawaii. He also likes attending and watching sporting events; he is an avid fan of the Vegas Golden Knights and the New York Football Giants.
He currently lives just a few miles south of the Las Vegas strip, where he resides with his significant other, Erika and their three corgi puppies.
One day, Dan & Erika hope to buy a large plot of land in Hawaii where they can spend their days with plenty of space for all the dogs to play!
